Visit One: 60 minutes
Your first visit gives you the opportunity to share your very personal needs and wants.
It is helpful if you complete a 3- or 7-Day food record and Medical/Nutrition History Form prior to your first visit.
Mary will review and assess your goals, your eating style, your current intake, your schedule, your food preferences, your health concerns, your responsibilities, your strengths, your challenges and everything we need to know to personalize your program.
You will leave with some very specific objectives to get started on your weight loss journey.
After your first visit, Mary reviews all your needs and wants and prepares for your second visit.
Visit Two: 60 minutes
Your second visit is action packed and best schedule within 1 to 2 weeks of your first visit.
You will learn what, how much and when to eat to achieve your goals. You and Mary together will set specific and realistic objectives to get started.
We will also discuss you needs moving forward....education, support, monitoring, behaviour change interventions..
Subsequent Visits: 30 and 15 minutes
Most people benefit from two 30 minute consultations and four 15 minute follow up visits to get their new habits and lifestyle firmly established.
Losing weight and keeping it off requires significant changes in your life that are easier to execute and maintain with expert support and accountability.
